Canada Life: Assure or ESI?

TELUS Assure. Usually carrier 11.
Standard Canada Life drug plans use TELUS carrier 11. PSHCP uses TELUS carrier 12. Use ESI only if the current drug card says ESI.
Open carrier lookup- 1. Find the drug section Ignore dental and extended-health routing.
- 2. Confirm the network TELUS/Assure comes before the carrier number.
- 3. Copy the current card Enter its group, member, and issue fields exactly.
